Code concerning the protection of personal data
Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196

Pursuant to and by effect of art. 13 of Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003 - Privacy Code on the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data, the processing of information relating to you will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy and his rights.
For "treatment" Personal Data "means any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated, concerning the collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of data to public or private.

PURPOSE OF DATA

MODE OF DATA

NATURE OF DATA

The conferment of data is required in relation to purposes related to the fulfillment of contractual and then for the performance of all activities necessary for the execution of contractual obligations. RIGHTS OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS
(Art. 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196 of 30 June 2003)

You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form;
You have the right to obtain the indication:
the origin of personal data;
the purposes and methods of treatment;
the logic applied in case of treatment with electronic instruments;
he identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
You have the right to obtain:
updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
certification that the operations and transactions referred to in points a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
